Executive Assistant


The Executive Assistant is an individual who is willing to be creative and anticipates the needs of the Owner. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision.


The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This person has immense focus. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability. This individual must be able to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.


An Executive Assistant is deeply committed to achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. The Executive Assistant is someone who is interested in a long-term positive environment with growth opportunities.



General Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Update and maintain social media presence and website.
  • Meeting management including preparing agendas, printing financial reports, taking notes,
  • distributing action items.
  • Communicating on the Owner's behalf both internally and externally
  • Email and phone management on behalf of the Owner
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling (both personally and professionally) on behalf
  • of the Owner
  • Varying professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, booking appointments,
  • research projects, coordinating travel, and ordering gifts/flowers, etc.
  • Light project management and accounts payable duties (financial knowledge is a plus)
  • Expense reporting on behalf of the Owner and staff
  • Ability to work remotely

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Construction knowledge preferred
  • MS 365 experience preferred


Location: Remote. Must reside in or around Phoenix, AZ.
