The candidate we need is a very experienced individual who can lead field production efficiently while dealing in a professional manner with corporate clientele. This position will ensure projects are run efficiently and within budget while keeping our standard of producing high-quality jobs. Since this is a remote position you must be capable of effectively working remotely.&nbsp; Skills: <ul><li>Ability to read, understand, and explain construction blueprints and floorplans.</li><li>Must possess deep expertise in standard construction practices.</li><li>Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for demanding clients.</li><li>Deep knowledge of industry safety practices.</li><li>Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ProCore with the ability to learn new software.</li></ul> Qualifications for Construction Project Manager: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture a plus. A skilled tradesperson with exemplary supervisory experience may be considered.</li><li>5-7 years of proven track record of experience in project management within construction for a commercial company.</li><li>Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, ProCore, and general computer software</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles</li><li>Strong leadership and management skills</li><li>High School diploma or GED required.&nbsp;</li><li>Professionalism in manner and attire.</li><li>Please have job related references at the ready if selected for interview.</li><li>Willingness to travel to construction site(s).
